We only ship on Monday and Tuesday unless shipping 2 Day, we will ship on Wednesday. If the area is over 60 degrees please use 2 Day and ice. We will not refund any orders for warm cheese as we can't control shipping delays.

We are not responsible for shipping and weather delays. Refunds will not be granted for orders that are not delivered by your desired delivery date. If you live in California, Texas, Florida, Arizona or Nevada please ship 2 day air. Again, we will not refund product if it is warm.

We currently make cheese and fresh curd on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Store Hours Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, Saturday and Sunday 9 AM - 5 PM.

Can’t give enough stars for this cheese.

It is impossible to give enough stars for this cheese. It tastes fabulous and the contrast with the piquant cranberries is perfect. If you want to give something that will be well received, is ecologically sound, and supports our Wisconsin farmers and economy, choose this.

All of your cheese is very flavorful, but I especially love the cranberry cheddar. How much more Wisconsin can you get? I live about 100 miles from your store, but stop every time Iï¿½m in the area. I will be phoning in a Christmas order for my son tomorrow and, for sure, it will include cranberry cheddar.
