We are not responsible for shipping and weather delays. Refunds will not be granted for orders that are not delivered by your desired delivery date.

If you are shipping to any state that is warmer than 60 degrees during the day please go 2 Day air, we don't refund any orders.  California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado and Montana take longer than a week ground, your cheese will sit over the weekend we will not be responsible for warm cheese.

We are only shipping on Monday and Tuesday's, unless it is a 2 day air order, we will ship on Wednesday.
