We are not responsible for shipping and weather delays.  Refunds will not be granted for orders that are not delivered by your desired delivery date.

If you are shipping to any states that are warmer than 70 degrees, choose overnight shipping.  We will not refund any product if you don't choose this method.  

If you are shipping to Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois or Minnesota please call as we can ship ground.

Due to Covid, shipping times are delayed and your cheese will sit over the weekend.  We will not refund anyone if you choose not to ship Express.  We ship Monday-Wednesday.
