We only ship on Monday and Tuesday unless shipping 2 Day, we will ship on  Wednesday.  If the area is warm please use 2 Day and ice.  We will not refund any orders for warm cheese as we can't control shipping delays.

We are not responsible for shipping and weather delays. Refunds will not be granted for orders that are not delivered by your desired delivery date.  If you live in California, Texas, Florida, Arizona or Nevada please ship 2 day air.  Again, we will not refund product if it is warm.  

We currently make cheese and fresh curd on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.  Store Hours Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, Saturday and Sunday 9 AM - 5 PM.
