We currently are making cheese and fresh curd on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.  Store hours are 8 AM - 6 PM daily.

We are only shipping currently overnight on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.  If you live in Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinios or Minnesota we can ship ground, please call to place an order.
