As of December 22nd we will not ship any more orders this week if they are not overnight.  Express will go on December 29th, January 5th we will open up ground shipping again.

We only ship on Monday and Tuesday unless shipping 2 Day, we will ship on  Wednesday.  If the area is over 60 degrees please use 2 Day and ice.  We will not refund any orders for warm cheese as we can't control shipping delays.

We are not responsible for shipping and weather delays. Refunds will not be granted for orders that are not delivered by your desired delivery date.  If you live in California, Texas, Florida, Arizona or Nevada please ship 2 day air.  Again, we will not refund product if it is warm.  

We currently make cheese and fresh curd on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.  Store Hours Monday-Friday 8 AM - 6 PM, Saturday and Sunday 9 AM - 6 PM.
